Absolutely awful garage. The vehicle had no wing mirror car would not start to top it all off on viewing the lady was so drunk gave us keys and disappeared, Loved the car upon arrivals the women who claimed to be the owner looked scraggy like she had not washed for months when asked why the vehicle was also so dirty she responded clean it if u buy. When u are paying 3 to 4 grand how can u get such A scraggy dirty unprofessional service please do not go here its a no no

If they called you when they have info for you rather than you having to call them to ask, then they would get 6 stars! Otherwise, all the work we've had done has been good, I think it was reasonably priced, Mel is lovely and there's toffees on the counter!

I've been using Smith's for a couple of years now and they are a top notch garage. Really helpful, good price, timely.

The only garage I know where people write thank you cards for the amazing service. This is a company which really looks after its customers.

Best garage in Sheffield, possibly the world! Mark and Mel are a delight to deal with as are the other staff. Honest advice and reasonable prices. If they don't do a job themselves they know someone trustworthy who does. Been using them for years and can't recommend them enough.
