Finding an honest garage is a difficult proposition... and each mistake can be costly. I genuinely believe that this is one of the good ones. The staff are friendly, competent and most importantly honest. You can wait while they do the work they kindly offered me a tea/coffee and unprompted they will show you what needs done or what they replaced. It's a small thing but by showing the faults and explaining what it means... Then showing the newly replaced parts, you can have peace of mind that the work you paid for was actually done. I would recommend this garage but feel to correct me if your experience differs from mine.
I took my wife’s Smart Car in for a diagnostic because the engine light came on and they went above and beyond and not only found the root of the problem, but fixed it right there and then! We couldn’t thank Autocraft Services enough. Prior to this we’d had so many problems with this car that it had been out of our hands for over 3 months and it had been passed from pillar to post! Autocraft Services picked up the slack from the previous repairs and finished the job properly! A great team, ideally located premises close to the city centre and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ll certainly would highly recommend! Thank you Autocraft Services Ltd!
My car broke down two days ago and purely by coincidence it happened to be just outside this garage. Even though everybody working inside was busy they still took time to have a chat and book my car in to at least have a look and check on what the problem might have been. Less than 24 hrs later and with excellent customer service my car is back on the road and driving better than ever. I genuinely could not be happier. Thank you so much Chris and your team!
Harry and the team were brilliant and honest about timescales and managed to push me in the right direction to another reputable garage within the local area to replace my clutch. Genuine people and garage. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for your help.
Rip off. My partners Nissan Juke was taken for diagnostics. She was told that one of the injectors had stuck open impossible. There are no mechanical parts to an injector Told that there was also oil all through the exhaust system. No way.£4500 to £5000 to fix. But he had a mate that would give £650 for it . Trailered it back home to another good repair service garage. They diagnosed a faulty coil pack. Replaced . Replaced spark plugs which we were told had been done NO WAY HAD THEY Full service etc. ALL FOR UNDER £500. DON'T USE THIS ABSOLUTE RIP OFF GARAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They were going to give £650 fix it for £500 and sell it on for probably £3000 to £4000. Don't go within 10 miles of them.
Great personal service and as other reviewers mention, they are completely trustworthy, something you can't say about a lot of garages in this industry, especially main dealerships! There is also a great cafe close to them, Harland, if you need to wait whilst small jobs are being done.
In a good location if you work in Sheffield City Centre, has a good team of mechanics that know their stuff on most brands of cars. Mot tests are thorough as they should be at any garage, with confidence given that when the test has been done if your car passes it really is safe to drive and use.
Excellent Service. Recommended by new 'friend ' went out of our way to visit. Well worth a call. Very knowledgeable & Quality workmanship on the vehicles in the shop. Not looked on website yet but if you need quality this is the place.
Chris the owner was extremely helpful, he was humble and wanting to solve the problem with our car ! Of all the car mechanics in have seen he is in the top 1% Transparent pricing And genuinely wanting to help. BEST IN SHEFFIELD!
I've been a customer for 30 years. Really great reliable service and honest diagnosis of cars I've had including Volvo, Vauxhall and BMW. Why buy a new car when Autocraft will keep it running forever !
