Customer service is appalling, from the manager that acts like she doesn't have time for you and is really rude, the staff behind the till that is really slow and cheeky ignoring any questions to the ones standing on the floor not searching for shoes and just chatting instead of working. No real interest from anybody in being nice or helping customers here.
