Worst manager in the entire uk. Don't know which stupid hire this guy as manager. Hello is totally zero. Hello don't know how to handle customer service and support before sale and after sale. Totally waste of time and money too. Skip this shop from church street Croydon and go-to Thornton heath shop.
I bought slippers and forgot to take it with me. When I reached home I realised I left at shop,I tried to call them but shop got closed. So I went to shop at 9 and showed me receipt and told them i paid but I didn't take it with me But the lady said though u have a receipt she can't give me slippers.

I've always loved Shoe Zone because they have a wide array of shoes for children, men and women at extremely reasonable prices. Often times there are promos ongoing encouraging you to buy two pairs for a good discount. I've bought school shoes for my children and work shoes for myself and last autumn I got a good deal on Timberland style boots and bought two different coloured pairs... They're still kicking it!

I had an issue with some shoes that I bought in a different shoezone, I went to the Croydon one and they changed the shoes for me without any problem. Lovely staff, and great service.
As usual cheap but good stuff, liked it.
