Only reason I am giving 2 is because of product variety. Staff need training when even compared to busiest store of competitors. Advertises something charges something else. Then when pointed out argues.

I am always satisfied with the shoes I buy. I only think young staff working must remain professional and learn to greet people at the till, not use swear words as they are telling a story to their colleague etc.

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes form Deichmann croydon, and I have just had my third pair delivered to my house. On a saturday morning i was trying shoes on and they didnt have the size I needed, so i approached staff and he offered to send the shoes to my house or to have them delivered to store. I was pleasantly surprised and they arrived 3 working days later! The shoes are not very expensive so maybe they are not going to last 10 years, but i prefer to change styles frequently anyway. They have a really good choice of styles, and even more online. Good shop! Never had to wait long, and i dont want staff hanging around me trying to sell me stuff, if I want help i always saw someone i could ask.

I Bought my daughter shoes last week in croydon department. No one to ask for measurement of sizes or any customer services At all the staff only seemed to be interested in packing shoes on shelves. Going to pay we had to wait 15 mins for  one girl at the till. No one bothered coming to help the sales girl that was helping a customer. Bad management all round. Primark is a busy place but sales assistants are put on tills as soon as the queue gets busy. Customers should not be waiting as long as we did for service this is a disgrace you should sort  out your staff immediately ! Probably that’s why the store is so empty.
