Used to be a bigger store, however still seeljng good quality shoes.
Frequent consumer for years. More styles and economical pricing. Very good school shoe collection. Staff on floor are helpful to find the required sizes. Clean space and ample of seats to sit and relaxedly try the shoes.
So glad to have Deichmann back in Croydon. Great store, good stock and nice staff.
Did not have enough Variety
Had bought a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and returned with no issues. We visited the store again today. This pairsee pic was on discount but different sizes 24 and 24. When I asked the supervisor she said it is just it is. She was absolutely careless and just taking to her colleague without minding a customer being there. Ms. “Shay” was just careless despite being a supervisor. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend the store.
Very friendly staff and very helpful good service love getting a bargin and love my new bag for work thanks very happy
It took longer that it should to pick up what I had ordered online. One person was doing most of the work. So far I am happy with the product and didn't really mind waiting a bit. The staff were pleasant.
For the money it's pretty great, it's rare to see shoes go for this cheap, the quality is not amazing but this doesn't seem any worse then Clarks office shoes for a third of the price
Good range of shoes available here at decent prices .. id recommend to others . Pop in and have a look . Good deals available also .
I was there on Saturday with a friend who was buying some shoes & I witnessed a white lady who I assume was the manager or senior staff shout at a Young Indian girl, the "manager" then threw boxes with such force and anger, the young girl was apologetic and saying she was busy doing other work, but this just didn't sit right with me. I don't think I have left any reviews before and if I have it is minimal. No one deserves to be treated like that at work, especially in front of customers. Please train your senior staff
