Awful customer service!Went in my with my wife today, all the customer services standing at the till an chating. My wife went to them to ask for a size that she required . One of the customer service girls became very rude and start pointing with the finger saying the she got the attitude. When my wife said that she only asked for the size , that girl replied that she didn't and that she needs to be polite when she talks to her....
 All that time a shop manager was standing next to the till and smileing!!!
 Wheb I got involved and said that it they job to serve the customers and that I will write a complain they refused to give me any contact information or they names, and the shop manager jast turned her back around and walked away ! Saying go on the website. ..Don't get me wrong I was working in the retail for 5 years and never seen such thing!

Very rude store manager (Croydon High Street Office Store 1pm today 10/04/2016) I just left the shop, I was to ask about my new converse trainers wich it cause pain on my left foot, bought 2weeks ago. She answered very inpolite, a rude response, raising her voice to me
