Worst customer service ever !!! Workers just standing around doing nothing and have unfriendly faces. When you approach them to ask for something they all tell you to wait even tho they’re doing nothing better other than engaging in conversation with their colleagues. Very very poorly managed store.

My item was faulty after one days wear peach fit leggings. I’m unable to drive into Croydon where I bought them, so I contacted them online to sort a refund. They refused and insisted I have to return to the store which will take over 1.5hr and come out of my own pocket in travel money. I refused to do this so they refused my refund which is totally against my consumer rights. RUBBISH STORE, rubbish clothing.

Store revamp is good - service & staff friendliness could be better

The helpers always have a bad face because they don't care and are not capable of saying thank you or sorry. ,I have bought twice and both times it has been the same experience, a third time it does not happen to me.

Opening time 10am. Now I 20 pass and I’m still waiting for someone to open the door.

Rubbish return process when you buy stuff online

Staff were polite and helpful, got me some awesome new trainers
