Sports Direct

Sports Direct should be renamed as Sports self serve! The staff I approached had no idea about customer service. My thoughts are when you ask for help on locating a product why don't they show you were it is! No why don't we just point it out to the customer making them feel like they are welcome to shop. Really need to work on attitude to customers in this tough trading environment!

Service was slow waiting to try on some running shoes and at the till. Excellent value as usual though.

Very good place to be buy sports stuff but unfortunately I found some staff to be extremely lazy, rude and not interested in dealing customers

The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, you have to wait a long time to get served and then even longer to actually get the size that you want. The place is full of stuff and there is very little room to move which makes it even less appealing. I would say the only thing that it has going for it are the low prices for the good shoes but that’s about it really. It’s a place where I would go with a mission in mind but nothing more.

Altho new football kits are out now very little in store for Junior sizes. Got the last 11-12yrs Arsenal shirt but no shorts or socks. Was told what's on shop floor is all they got. Couldn't tell me when new stock coming in so I ended up buying on line at Arsenal shop and altho you have to pay p/p the actual kit is only a couple of pence cheaper at Sports Direct!!!! Should of got it all on line in first place.
