Great shop to go to with little ones. I have a 14 month old and she loved wandering around the toy department and marvelling at the many different toys, books and games. They have a few of the toys out so the kids can have a play on them. There is also a little reading area where they can sit on little beanbags and have a read. The cafe is good, they do a lovely caramel latte! The soft play area is decent, but can get very busy at weekends and during half term.

Went in recently with a shopping list (for new born) printed off the internet, planing to buy everything on it, since I’m a first time parent. The saleslady there was super nice and helpful, picked car seat for me and patiently explained everything that I need to know about every item on the list. “You don’t need that ! I have three kids and I survived without that !” “Get this instead, same item, cheaper price!” “You’ll be fine, don’t panic, you don’t need to buy everything on the list !” Most importantly, she gave me the best advice ever —which is don’t listen to any other advices ! Raise your kid the way you wanted ! ! Great place for newborn one stop shopping.

Would give 0 if possible! Staff rude to busy gosiping with others when i final found one they had sold the display model! ( they wouldn't sell me a dispay bed side cot aftef it took 5 months to turn up and they had taken the money meaning it was a waste as my daught only slept in it for 3.5 months! And they lied to us several times) He said can i show you other they only have 2 that our hand luggage size and they have sold 1 of them! Shop on amazon mothercare staff used to be good now a major let down! Flagship store of badness

Great staff and all helpful. A soft play and cafe at the back of store which is good for the little ones to burn off some energy and for Mum’s to meet up for a coffee. A good variety of clothes as well, plenty to choose from.

Booked a appointment for a fitting early morning so plenty of time for them to know I was coming in, in the afternoon. 45 min drive there and once I arrived no one knew I had even booked a appointment and none of them wanted to do it either some of the staff are very rude and the lady serving me at the till was very miserable and gave me funny looks whenever I said anything. Definitely Won’t be going back!
