Marks and Spencer at the mall is a modern and up to date store. There is a large restaurant and a smaller coffee shop. There is also a well stocked food store which is convenient to visitors to the mall as there aren't any other food shops in the mall itself. The clothes are typical modern M&S, not quite the quality they used to be and not quite the classic styles either. There is a M&S bank and they stock kitchen ware and some home furnishings. These are competitive areas in which to be a retailer as John Lewis and Next at Home are not that far away. M&S is always worth a visit even if you end up using one of the other stores.

Great M&S store. Well laid out. Parking is good. Great selection of everything. Helpful service too.

A large M&S with a wide selection of products. I like the bakery sections and the men's nightmare section best. One of the few supermarkets in which you may buy coordinated pyjamas and dressing gowns. Their meal deal for lunch is among the best and good value. For a while the meal deal foolishly offered you a free bottle of water when you buy a sand which and a snack which I thought was ridiculous but thankfully this has been changed.

Excellent service in what could have been a very difficult situation. I had pre-ordered party food for my dad's wake but due to the bad weather, it didn't arrive at the store in time. Andrew managed my refund and helped me to fill a trolley with alternative goods so the guests would not go hungry. His professional and sensitive manner was much appreciated.

Most luxurious changing rooms I've been in. Big sofas for anyone waiting outside cubicles, sofas in cubicle area, grand decor, like a fancy hotel :-) Staff seemed more friendly than you usually find in Marks and ranges at the more stylish end. Didn't spend long here so can't say much about different departments. Mostly was impressed with the changing rooms! :-)
