Poor customer service when attempting to exchange some jeans. Less than a year old they said I could get them replaced because of a rip at the seam but on arriving back with my jeans, the store manager then decided it was 6 months and then up to his discretion, in which he described the jeans to have 'been used a lot', hence why I bought them, not because I wanted to hang them up and admire them. Jeans should last more than a year, your customers should last for as long as you can keep them for, put the customer second and you'll find yourself in problems in the long run.
