would give it a zero if I could , rubbish customer service from the asian young lady with brown hair and blonde highlights she was chatty with her friends and did not serve me and my family properly. I asked for assistance for a specific shoe size, she did not help one bit I had to look for myself.
Abysmal customer service. Went in for football boots as I've had past good experiences from sports direct with helpful informative staff, but not here. Stood around in the boot room for 15 minutes waiting for a staff member to get the boots I was interested in, in my size, from the back. I searched the top floor for a staff member and there was nobody on the whole floor. Went downstairs and a two staff members doing nothing, chatting at the front of the store informed me they had radioed for someone to help me. Went back upstairs and a lady came to get the boots in my size. They didn't have any stock on the boot I wanted, or any similar. The staff member was not polite, very cold and to the point. I eventually found a boot they did have close to my size. She went to get it, dumped it on the seat where I was and then left. The size didn't quite fit and I found another different boot that I was interested in. By this time she wasn't on the floor and there wasn't a staff member in sight. I wasn't prepared to go back downstairs again just to be able to get a different size. Absolute waste of my time. Wouldn't return to this store and it's put me off sports direct.
Always plenty of choice for anything sporty, clothes shoes and accessories, great prices and a 1 stop shop so simple to find what you need. They even do work ware and boots.
Nowhere near enough staff to be able to run a store, the ones that are there are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I'd be embarrassed to work in that place.
This store no doubt is the only best store in Stoke for your footwear, I was served by the most beautiful of women which is a bonus. She had amazing henna art on her hands and the most wonderful voice known to man, a true beauty. She helped me with my packaging, and was polite, very softly spoken and an incredible asset to sports direct. I hope that the store values her and looks after her as good staff are hard to come by and amazing staff are like needles in haystacks - she truly was amazing.nnSo lady....was it really me you were looking for?
