Always go if I am in the mood to spend a bit more for luxury. You cannot beat their food. You only get what you pay for most of the time. It's always very clean and everything is well presented. Huge car park on Wolstanton Retail Park .

Very good choice of products the only downfall I am afraid was dates on products which only had a few days shelf life. They also sometimes have a few Scottish cakes but none at all. A complaint I have is the Scottish pies they are selling firstly they don't have flaky pastry on top and it is not need mince you use should be lamb

Thanks to all the staff who helped my 82 year old mum yesterday after her purse was lost or taken. They wete fantastic. Went over and sbove the call of duty. Kez was great with her took her into cafe until we hot there. The manager was very helpful letting us park on staff car park. We even got supplied with coffee free of charge. Another member of staff was great to name has escsped me. Anyway thank you all you are truly a wonderful team

Food never on shelves and if it is dates are rubbish go to Wolstanton instead should close hanley down.
