Fantastic range of stock. Superbly laid out and the store is spotless. The assistant who helped my reluctant, teenage daughter regarding a bra fitting was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable went above and beyond to help my daughter, despite being rushed off her feet but most importantly she made my daughter feel so at ease that the whole experience was stress free.

I enjoyed my experience at M&S today, Karen was brilliant! She helped me with what I was looking for and was very patient with me. I didn’t feel pressured or anything like that. She offered great customer service and was very friendly and approachable. I will be coming back soon. Once again thanks Karen!! Xx :)

Huge place, lots of space! Restaurant and good 🚾 facilities. Starbucks across the road for those who like to get there early just before opening time

I love Wolstanton M&S , staff are friendly and don't rush you even when they put a call out to say they're closing. My mum is 84 years old and loves the shop because the staff are approachable and helpful.Thank you

Great selection of clothing for all different ages. Good parking facilities. Restaurant does get busy but service is good.
