I cannot recommend this shop enough. The ladies here are wonderful, super helpful and know their stuff. The shoes are excellent quality. We have returned again this year as both pairs of shoes have lasted the year and if it wasn't for their feet growing we prob would have been able to use the same shoes again!! Excellent quality. Same price as Clarks but much better service and quality, these ladies know their stuff and they will not sell you a shoe that will not fit your child properly!!

Took my Granddaughter in today - what a fabulous shop.  Such helpful and friendly staff.  Daisy-May has really narrow/shallow feet and we managed to get the most perfectly fitting shoes I think she's ever had.  Thank you we wlll definitely back.

Was recommended to this shop by. SENCO lead in East Cheshire. My daughter is on the pathway and it usually can take 2 hours of school shoe shopping; with tears. Tantrums. Meltdowns and walking out of the door empty handed. Well not today. We were in and out in half an hour for 2 kids. Lady was lovely, didn't over stimulate or over load. Both kids came out with the first pair they tried on. I'm amazed.

The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and managed to fix us up with some school shoes with the proviso  that if the ones my granddaughter wanted came in the next day we could change them. True to her word she rang and let us know the desired shoes had arrived and we returned to the shop and exchanged them. Top service.

Amazing service. Staff are so lovely and took the time to help my daughter choose her school shoes even though she’s a very indecisive 5 year old! Thank you!!

I’m very sad to have to leave a bad review here, however they weren’t upfront with the returns policy, that grumble aside when returning to the shop having being recommended and sold a pair of shoes too big, causing my son to fall and hurt himself due to tripping over his own feet I was met with quite condescending attitudes, was spoken down to and left feeling uncomfortable and out of pocket. I now have a store credit  instead of a refund and feel like I don’t want to return to use it!!! Very disappointed

Love the shoes from here. Ladies are so lovely and helpful. Never been anywhere else for my kids shoes in 13 years. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Always get a highly personal service.  Excellent range and quality of shoes and even the grandchildren prefer to travel the 120 mile round trip from their hometowns just for the experience with Yana.

This caravan place close to Llangollen called in to price a new awning for the caravan with a well equipped caravan accessories . Found the staff very helpful with touring and motorhomes outside.
