Came in earlier today & asked the only staff member I could see for help twice only for him to ignore me & walk away on both occasions. When I gave up & went to the changing rooms he finally came over but refused to give me give me a code, telling me to try the clothes on in front of a mirror on the shop floor instead. I wasn’t happy but the two guys on the till that served me when I bought the clothes were really nice, as well as another staff member upstairs.
I love this shop there are so many good items to purchase also the staff work ever so hard and they are absolutely brilliant and do a great job my shopping experience here is excellent
Good experience today, staff upstairs on the trainers were helpful, good range of products and loads of sale items too
Fantastic spot for scoring branded sports gear, school shoes, hiking boots, and trainers on a budget. Prices are reasonable, considering the quality. We're frequent patrons here. Just a heads up, the bags at the checkout won't accommodate a shoe box, so a reusable bag for £2 is going to be needed or bring your own. Staff, while young, are generally courteous and helpful when approached politely. A go-to for savvy shoppers!
Terrible customer service..tried going through complaints procedure..filled in form an then it dissappears or they want credit card details..absolutely fuming
Terrible customer service. The girl with a glasses and Eastern European accent is so rude! The way she speaks to customers is unacceptable. I have never been treated so badly in any shop before. The store manager seems to be unbothered by that and allowing lack of customer service skills to be continued. Won’t be returning.
A medioca range of items. Little to no womens football shirts, etc. Ordered trainers to pick up. Was charged £5 for the pleasure . Staff were as enthusiastic as road kill. They all seemed to lack basic customer service skills, little eye contact, and basic hello, please, or thank you.
This store has recently relocated and shrunk by half in the process. Therefore the range of goods available has also decreased. Still a good product range and maybe slightly cheaper than other sportswear shops. Worth a look .
Rude unhelpful :- Especially the Eastern European girl with glasses who has been frequently mentioned in these reviews by others
Not good customer service. Guy that served me said that football is a mostly 'male audience' which is why they didn't stock women's football shirts when asked. Advised they only stock menswear
