This store provides a welcome contrast with other competing clothing stores in Chelmsford because it is colourful and inviting rather than dingy blaring out very loud musac under coloured spotlights like a disco. The layout is well organised with good use of space, not too cramped and plenty of space for customers to circulate. The clothes seemed to be well designed and of good quality, and on my visit were displayed with the full range of sizes in order. It is central, easily accessed and has changing rooms.

Very poor service 1 till one person serving looking at holiday snaps, but better than other till which had no one serving. A lost sale.
