Absolutely love this shop . All of the staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. Anna helped me to choose some really cool trainers and even helped me put an outfit together. The staff are all brilliant and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else xx
Open from 9am but if you walk in shortly after you will be turned away because they’ve “got things to do first”. Why is the door open then? Processed my returns half an hour later with no information of how the money was going back or how long it would take. Other customers waiting for shoe sizing whilst another woman went out back to clean mirrors. Overall poor and rude service.
Usual offer from office .. found staff on a Saturday a bit dippy and a struggle for them to help

Brilliant selection of shoes, store has a nice vibe, staff friendly however the isles and general shop is a bit small so when theres lots of customers, the isles get jammed up with people making it hard to move around. Still a great store and would recommend
