I had some blood tests today with Anita. I usually have a tough time because my veins aren’t great, it often takes multiple attempts and sometimes even two nurses. But today was completely different.nnAnita made the process simple and painless. The bottle change was smooth, and she was incredibly professional and friendly throughout. Afterward, she mentioned she’s relatively new to taking blood..,honestly, I never would have guessed! She was calm, confident, and really skilled.nnThank you, Anita you did a fantastic job, and my arm sincerely appreciates it! Kelly Carnelley
The service at the Spires leicester has been absolutely dreadful. We saw a consultant on 19th March,I was so impressed and the consultant was great. Then we told we would get an MRI appointment, it is now 5 weeks on and I keep ringing to get the MRI for my son's heart. Nobody ever gets back to you.You just get passed from.pillow to post and get nowhere. I was then given an email to make a complaint and that bounced back. You leave messages and nobody rings you back. I have now moved my sons follow consultantion as we still haven't been able to book the MRI. We were Paying private as we wanted results quickly,if we manage to ever get an MRI,the follow up will be 8 weeks after the initial appointment. I keep ringing and emailing daily,I never knew it was so hard to get this appointment.nThe whole thing has been and still is so stressful. Customer service is so poor,nobody cares and they just give you someone else to ring or email and then that person does the same.nReally would not recommend using this hospital.
Staff nurse Marvin on ward 2 has been brilliant.nMy grandmother has had a knee surgery at The Spire and the staff were exceptional, Marvin went out of his way to make my Grandma feel comfortable, went through all the post op information and saw us to the car. Would recommend.
I just want to appreciate the Doctors and nurses, most specially nurse Maria and Andrea they were constantly looking after me and make sure im comfortable and all the rest of the staff that looked after me two weeks ago during my recovery from surgery. Special thanks to Dra Aravindan as well who’s very kind and caring. God bless you all!
I highly recommend Spire Leicester Hospital and my consultant Mr Ismail gynaecologist oncologist I received amazing diagnostics and treatment. Mr Ismail is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. I felt at total ease under his care. The treatment I received from the outpatient staff and ward care after my operation was amazing!nnCannot thank you enough for everything. I will be forever grateful.
