Trying to explain to a rude receptionist when you feel ill why you haven't rang earlier & there quizzing u and won't even bother to listen to the full story is absolutely discusting bad attitude bad manners I couldn't be quizzed and basically shouted at I had to put the phone down as too upset and exhausted to explain so let's hope it's nothing serious eh
