I have maternity exemption sertificat,they cant take me ,becouse they have only1 NHS dentist , waiting for apointment 6 month,they can only offer me payed apointment even if i have mat exemption sertificat, what a shame .
Absolutely top notch service. I had an unusual request for a dental assessment before taking up a new job. The reception team ensured they fully understood my requirements and passed these onto Maliha Dentist who carried out a thorough examination producing a gold star report. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and am very happy to continue as a patient.

Absolutely abysmal service here. I've been calling them for a year and a half to get an appointment for myself and my son. The phone is hardly ever answered and, on the rare occasion that is I'm told there is no dentist and to call again next month! If you go there in person you're told you have to call to make an appointment. What's the point being registered with them if you can't get an appointment.
5 star!! From the fantastic reception team who could not do enough to help, to the dentist himself who made my 14 year old daughter feel so relaxed and comfortable, he took time to talk her through everything he was doing to extract her tooth. I can not thank this team enough after a very tough 4 days trying to get my daughter seen anywhere, keep up the good work
Excellent dental service from Maliha who clearly explained the treatment taking place. She is very friendly and professional, like all the staff at the practice. The practice is modern and spacious and I recommend this practice to all.
I have been calling Bupa dental care in Wellingborough for a number of weeks now to book an appointment and not once has the phone been picked up. Today I called in to the surgery to book an appointment but unfortunately I was unable to enter, I pressed the button on the intercom and explained that I would like to book an appointment to then be informed that I must call the number and leave a message. This has frustrated me massively as not only do I still not have an appointment but now know what all the time I have called the surgery, the phone has just been ignored. This is absolutely appalling, I dread to think how many people are suffering while trying to get an appointment but are just being ignored.
Answering the phone would be a start and not leaving computer generated replies to reviews would make a change.. What do you people ACTUALLY do ? You have NO dentists supposedly they have all decided to leave ? You only seem to have the occasional locum one at a time I might add. I’m am amazed that you can even bother to switch the lights on. You say on your website that you open at 8am ! Can you tell us all what that is for ? Fact is nobody ever answers the phone at that time and the truth is you all stroll in after 9 because the doctors below have said so. Waste of space ..!!!
