Great Dentist! Managed to get registered & appointment for my tooth id been having problems with.  Receptionist was very accommodating & polite. Then went in and Mr Chan was super kind and welcoming listened to what had been going on with my tooth - Had a look over my teeth & gave me two solutions for the problem. Am very happy to be registered here and definitely will be recommending to family and friends.

Left for weeks with exposed nerve. Left with broken tooth and a front bridge partially hanging off. Won’t give appointment cause I had to move to benefits. Told would be contacted in few weeks.never contacted  Ended in massive infection and A&E visit. Tried booking again yet to be fobbed off again. Will be filing for mal practice

EXCELLENT: I took my ageing parents to this dental surgery. Dad is partially blind and has severe loss of hearing and Mum is in a wheel chair, therefore they are not the easiest patients to deal with. The treatment given to both Mum and Dad was first class. Mr E Chan is a first class, highly professional and kind dentist. The staff are amazing and supported Mum and Dad throughout both visits to the surgery. The kindness of the whole surgery is outstanding. Dad had a filling and Mum is really pleased with her new false teeth and they fitted first time. The professionalism at this surgery is outstanding. Hence I can honestly say this Dental Surgery is EXCELLENT.

Worst dentist in northamptonshire very rude refused to extract my tooth told me I needed yo be done at the hospital refused me any pain killers left me with a exposed nerve 6 months waiting list at the hospital went to another dentist thay removed it straight away would definitely  not recommend  this dentist staff and dentist extremely rude and don't care about patients

First of all, I came to this dentist to relieve my pain and to remove a tooth.. The “extraction” took place on Thursday which cost me over £60 including an X-ray. It is now Sunday and another £170 down to a private dentist to rectify the damage caused. To be told I have a plate fracture after the extraction and should have been informed of this, and to have remaining bone fragments and dead gum causing infection is something I am completely disgusted by. To have also been told it is up there with one of the worst extractions they have seen, is something I cannot get my head around. I am now on antibiotics, cannot eat solid food for 4 weeks because the job was not done properly and my jaw will take up to 6 months to heal. If I could give them a zero I would have done.

Terrible customer service wouldn’t help and refused service all 5 star reviews were written by the extremely rude Mr Chan. Mr chan is also working for the CCP

Worst Dentist Ever Reception is unhelpful and rude. Dentist do not explain anything that they are doing or after care required. Service is lacking and they won't speak to partner or family member even when the work carried out has resulted in swelling and pain. Learn how to be human and understanding of patients needs. Never been to any NHS doctor, dentist or hospital that is run this bad. Being polite cost nothing. Avoid.

I have been seeing Mr Chan for the last 6 years having moved initially to Rushden and now live in Desborough . I have found Mr Chan and his son to be very polite and professional in their manner . I have had to have a bit of work done and Mr Chan has always explained things to me and will never do any work that is not required or necessary . I have found him to be gentle and reassuring in his manner and the extraction I had to have I never felt a thing and was over quickly despite my nervousness before hand  Reception staff have always been accomadating and polite in their manner and I have never had an appointment cancelled and Mr Chan is always on time  I find some of the negative reviews confusing as it appears as if they are talking about a different person . I suppose  it’s each to their own but positive reviews are certainly required to balance things and give a fair appraisal . Perhaps some cannot cope with an honest and open approach as Mr Chan will always say it as it is .  I would highly recommend this dentist and have done so to a friend who feels the same .

I have been a patient for several years and always been extremely happy with my treatment. I am a really nervous patient, and recently had some problems with a crown that resulted in an emergency visit to an on call dentist.... reduced me to tears and gave me a scary prediction for further treatment. Saw Mr Chan today, who couldn't have been more patient and manages my anxiety very professionally I'm sure he'd like to strangle me!!  he has totally put my mind at ease and again, restored my faith in him as my dentist by not rushing in to anything unless we really have to. I honestly couldn't recommend this practice enough, EVERYONE is always really lovely and very patient with me!! Thank you
