Heard may good reviews about this practice. Some of the staff members are excellent, but some of them even would not want you to be their patient and will add little effort to keep you as a patient. This was expreience so far. Hopefully they will change.

I had a root canal here and the experience was traumatic. Not enough numbing i felt a lot of what they did,. They filled it and capped it only for it to fall out 3 days later. I call them and its 3montjs wait. I was Unable to make the appointment and they wont see me now to fix what they have done. Absolutely horrendous. Wish i had stayed with my dentist (Park road)before as they are old school and do things properly.

Seriously questioning the ethics of this dental surgery!!!
Emergency nhs appointments dont seam to actually exist despite ringing
constantly and  consistently for days following the emergency  procedures, to be then told we will only offer you a 10min slot to be looked at but will have to book another appointment for treatment that you can never be able to get for months and pay in advance of this treatment !!!

Don't go to this place. Had booked appointment which I had to wait 3 months for from joining and then when I turned up they told me it was last week even though I had a text message with today's details. They made no attempt to try solve their mistake and then tried to suggest I book a new appointment waiting another two months. 

Looked dirty inside reception, the three girls on reception had no idea what they were doing. playing on their mobile phones.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.
