Had to to to 24 hour dentist to confirm wisdom tooth was infected as couldn't get an appointment for 3/4 weeks here, they advised to get tooth out with my dentist. I booked and specifically asked that I wasn't just coming for a check up and send on my merry way ,I needed it out as the pain was so bad, was assured that once my tablets had got the infection down on the 4 day course they would remove the tooth, got there charged £20 (bare in mind I already paid the 24hour dentist before to confirm and prescribe my tablets and were very helpful)to tap my gums and tell me I need to be in excruciating pain on 3 separate occasions before she will remove The infected tooth, said to book appointment in 9months .. sent me on my merry way, receptionist (who was lovely) asked if I wanted to book another appointment which I refused.. got a phone call that evening saying i didnt seem happy so if I wanted I can have the tooth out tomorrow??? Waste of my money will be going elsewhere very upset and frustrated feel like they just couldn't be bothered,will be pursuing refund rather pay more elsewhere where they look after you
