My mum placed a telephone order with New Happiness for delivery.  Other family members were present when she made the order and there was no confusion as to what she had asked for.  The delivery arrived okay however, it was not what was ordered.  When she phoned up New Happiness regarding the incorrect order, they were rude to her, told her she had got what she had asked for(which she clearly hadn't) then hung up the phone on her. 

She had been nothing but polite with them however, their treatment of her as a customer was nothing but a disgrace! I would strongly recommend you avoid this place.. I only wish I didn't have to leave them a whole star! Definitely No Happiness here!

Price 4/5 (be nice if they were on just eat)
Service 5/5 sometimes orders go wrong, but have generally always been able to get it corrected, has only  just been stuff thats forgotten rather than being given wrong items.

Have eaten here for a number of years and out of the other Chinese places I've tried, I prefer this one the best.
