Thought we would try ordering a takeaway from the Bay Leaf after hearing they had won awards. Was shocked to find hair in the food, completely put off. Asked for a refund of the money paid and was offered more food. Was completely put off by that idea. 9 days later and still waiting on a refund. Company insist they have refunded me however still no money. Very poor service and would definitely not recommend.

Superb meal. Great service. Had a few takeaways that had been excellent, so I wanted to try the restaurant. Very pleased and will definately go again.

So disappointed with tonight's delivery meal. We always order from Bayleaf & have never had a bad meal. Tonight however they got our order wrong & food not up to usual standards. Will give them another chance though.......

This has become our favourite Indian in mid/west Lothian. Food is excellent and never had a bad one. Service always good and during week they accept taste cards.. read the terms though!
