In the past month myself and my mother have received first class service at this branch. staff were warm and welcoming from there telephone manner to there meet and greet.The technical staff are amazingly friendly at pit you right at ease. I have been to the town store before and there customer service is not a patch on this store....other stores could learn a lot from this branch. I have recommended it to everyone.

Very quick service for booked eye test appointment. Lovely staff.  Appointment needed re-arranging from their side as they had a staff shortage in the morning but even the re-arrangements were handled smoothly.
