Iv been going to this surgery for a few years now and frankly it has gotten worse over time! The recipsionists are useless, too busy chatting and gossiping amongst themselves rather than answering phone calls ( which could be urgent ) or helping queing patients in front of them! 
Now on to the service of the doctors.... it seems unless you vomiting blood or pooing organs they will then only consider giving you a prescription for medication. Very tight! Reason I say this is from an experience I recently had where I was very poorly and had very serious symptoms, which I explained in great detail to the doc and was rudely interrupted and spoken down to and basically shooed out the door by the doctor!  I then suffered For the next 2 weeks from not getting the right treatment! Which affected my job and daily life! They don’t want to hear your problems or symptoms and help you! they just want to find something to blame! The only good thing about this surgery is that it’s near to Sainsbury’s! I will be moving surgery’s this week! Bi bi

My partner has had no end of problems with this surgery (Excalibur Drive) He is diabetic and Coeliac and they can't seem to get either if his prescriptions right at all...ever!!! Useless place.

Booked flu jab informed today I don't qualify as NHS criteria has changed.  No other explanation given very very poor patient relationship. Don't bother changing GP total waste of time cc

We have been with this practise for the last 18 years, but since the senior partner who was an excellent doctor left, it has steadily got worse to the point where we have finally decided to change medical centre and like me many others. It's impossible to book an appointment by phone, so my husband went in person and was told by the receptionist that he would have to wait 6 weeks and book again after the school holidays. This is totally unacceptable and this was the last straw to make us change practises!

As a patient of this medical practice I felt utterly humiliated when I presented with a case of conjunctivitis. I was in absolute pain at the time and was treated with contempt by the receptionist. While I understand that the practice doesn't have the equipment to diagnose eye conditions it was left to a fellow patient in the waiting room to properly advise me on where to seek help. After seeing a optometrist I ended up being admitted to the University Hospital of Wales as an emergency admission. 

This practice is a disgrace and after writing this feel I should make an official complaint to the NHS.
