What a great experience I had at this opticians today. Every employee was both friendly and helpful. I would have no problem recommending this place to my friends and family.

I have been going to this same location for over 10 years now. Never had a complain, or cared enough to write a review. But I called the today to discuss my payment plan what I received on the other end of the phone , was a hostile, unwelcoming  woman. Was just extremely rude and seemed like she has a constant itch. I don't understand why you would employ someone to deal with customers if they're rude. I wish you would think about who you employ as they leave an impression on the customer. And in this case NOT GOOD.

Needed glasses tightened.  Didn't even have to ask as the young lady immediately fixed them and I was seen immediately with no waiting.  Excellent service
