I had an operation to have my gallbladder removed yesterday and I can honestly say the care I received was second to none, doctors were amazing explaining everything to me and letting me ask as many questions as I could. The nurses are just fabulous, the amount of work they do and the amount they have to put up with is extraordinary and they all have patience of a saint. I would have no problem going to the Heath again for anything to do with my health but hopefully I dont have to.

At A@E had some super arrogant doctor from some foreign country, proceeded to patronisingly tell me that there was nothing wrong with me before even taking tests, despite genuinely feeling sick after ingesting dye. Seemed to know everything about my body, dismissing all possibility that the dye could have caused any adverse effects, and at one stage even inferred that I was a liar. Didn't like his tone or demeanor one bit. Wouldn't do a scan of my stomach or intestines despite them burning. The other staff were fine though but that doctor, who I believe is a new employee, needs to learn to treat his patients with a bit more respect and sympathy, more will complain if not..

Parking is appalling, worse than anyone could imagine. First impression on entering the hospital are grubbiness and crowds. Staff we came into contact with were efficient, and helpful, but seemed swamped. Not impressed overall, but only an outpatients visit.

A fabulous hospital with first class doctors and nurses. If it wasn't for the dedication of the staff I would probably be in a wheelchair by now after a catalogue of spinal injuries but the surgeon and staff have performed miracles.

I gave birth on the 24th October but had to stay in hospital for 6 days. Without a doubt i could not have gotten through those 6 days without the amazing care and help from all staff!! Thank you so much :)
