I broke my leg a few months ago and decided to sell my bicycle online. However, I would never have imagined that it would be so hard to find the right box for shipping and online takes days to deliver! Decided to drop in to ask if I could get or purchase a box and was met with an incredibly helpful and courteous staff who sorted me out without a hiccup. Thanks chaps and really great bicycles in store by the way

I bought a Specailzed Allez Elite from this shop a while ago.  The initial telephone calls and questions were answered well.  However, when I went into collect and pay for the bike it was the most odd customer experience I have had.  Before even seeing the bike the credit card machine was pushed in front of me with an amount on that did not check out.  No bike in sight as yet...... Nothing then happened as the sales guy looked at me and I looked at him. Eventually I asked to see the bike and a mechanic brought it up, about four metres behind the counter.  The card machine got  pushed nearer to me as the bike remained in the distance.  I asked for my seat post and saddle to be put on and it seemed like it was a problem. Not sure what was happening here, asked to have the bike brought closer, again bit of a problem. Thought the best thing was to leave asap with a small amount of sanity left. Bike great, mechanics good, shop....errrrrrrrr

I've been to Evans cycles, halfords and a few other cycle shops and tbh poor experience, either a small range, lack of knowledge.. The list goes on..  I visited the Specialized store and a guy called Doug helped me to understand what I wanted, how I should be riding and knew everything about the brand!  We even went around the block on a Emtb..  Doug is your man if you want a bike!!!!

This is a great bike shop. Don’t get me wrong they have some of the nicest bikes in the world! And they have a good selection of spares and accessories. I have brought two bikes from here. It’s just they always seem mega busy and the customer service is at times a bit over stretched. I would love some more Specialized shops to generate more variety and more capacity in West London :

Had the most amazing experience when returning my cracked frame to this Specialized Store. Dropped off on the Sunday and had an email by Tuesday late pm indicating it would be replaced and was on back order. They kept me informed at all times and when the bike arrived told me that it would be ready in two days time. Collection was easy and they could not make the process any more efficient and helpful especially when you are trying to get an issue sorted. I would like to thank Specialized Ruislip and Specialized Head Office for making my experience a great experience throughout. This is why I ride Specialized bikes - 3 in Total. Thanks

I received excellent service by very friendly staff during a period in which they are busier than ever. Bought my commuter bike here a few weeks ago and received all the help needed when choosing the needed accessories. Came back today today for a free tune up and was very pleased with the service. The team replaced my pedals, fixed the quick release and touched up a small scratch. The bike felt even faster and more comfortable on the ride home. Super happy and can only recommend this shop!

Bought a pretty expensive bike but didn't feel particularly valued. Cannot see why this is a concept store.  Poor range of accessories in stock. Things improved on my second visit. After something went wrong with the bike they sorted it very quickly. Gave some good advice on going tubeless too.

I bought my road bike from Ruislip Specialized and had fit by highly professional, knowledgeable in-house Rick. I have had ongoing issues with my knee and after adjustments including cleat positions by super friendly non hurried Rick the knee issues have all gone. Confirmed by week climbing in Alps. Few months after my fitting was talking with Rick and he gave me additional invaluable advice. Would highly recommend having bike fit in Ruislip Specialized by Rick.

Extremely happy with the service I received. I had gone in for a bike fit with Rick and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly when I entered the store.  They quickly introduced me to Rick, who was just as friendly and welcoming.  The bike fit session was a great experience and feels to have already made a difference.  I thoroughly recommend a visit and if you are looking for a bike fit, to go there.  Thank you very much to Rick and the other guys for an all round friendly and fun experience.
