Fantastic bike store and service point! Quality of service is best in the area. Owner and staff are very experienced and helpful in making sure not only that your current faults/questions are handled but also to inform you on how to take better care of your bike to reduce future faults.

I needed a bike packed for travelling abroad and contacted Chiltern Bike Barn who did a superb job.  They not only picked the bike up for me but delivered it back all neatly packed and secured.  From start to finish I found Chiltern Bike Barn were professional, courteous and certainly skilled in what they do. I would definitely recommend Chiltern Bike Barn to anyone who needs a bike packed for travelling, there service is second to none.

Top service - Managed to get my dropper seat post replaced with SRAM for free and is now the more current model.  Cheers

Just bought my second top-end bike from Chiltern Bike Barn. Service and an experience you could never get by buying on the internet. I'm not sure it was anymore expensive anyway but the value is far better than a web experience. Frankly, if your buying a top end bike you need the personal expertise to be properly advised, fitted and have the bike properly set up. After sales experience has been superb too when things need tweaking.
