we bought a car for £2200 from day one had problems and returned the car due to the full mot sold with the car should not have passed due to a broken track rod and due to it only costing about £15 they fixed it and then a day or two after that i noticed the other issues and when i returned the car they would not put right under there warranty, i stuck it in to kia dealers before i went back to check this car is ok due to loseing water and white smoke from back before warranty run out and was told turbo and vacuum pump needs replacing and i am loseing 1ltr of oil a week, but gavin james said that is a lie and they are just like kwik fit and just trying to sell me parts and told me what do i expect for that amount of money i payed for that car and i am expecting a new car for that amount of money, but i dont expect to buy a car and within two weeks have to spend £1500 on it even if its used, and when i said i will leave bad feed back i was told he will do me for slander but its not slander if i am telling the truth and with a kia health report no court will do me for slander. SO IF YOU DO BUY FROM HERE TAKE THE AA OR RAC WITH YOU SO YOU HAVE SOME SORT OF WARRANTY BECAUSE THERE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING AND THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN WILL NOT HELP BECAUSE THIS GARAGE IN NOT REGISTERED WITH THEM SO THEY CANT HELP. SO TAKE CARE!!!!!!!!!!!

From experience of my daughter buying a car from Gavin James. She had a limited budget and needed a reliable car. She was met by a friendly salesman (apparently he was the owner's father) who showed her cars at reasonable, not cheap, prices. The car she bought came with a years MOT and 3 months warranty as it was an older car she chose, plus a promise to look after her if she needed to go back after the 3 months had expired. She has had the car 5 months so far and (touch wood) it has been a good buy.

I was met by a helpful and cheery salesman who was more than happy to help me find the correct car for my usage and buget The car I ended up with has been reliable and am so pleased its been 2 years now and am very happy with purchase
