Southend Hyundai is incredibly efficient. The staff are super friendly, attentive and have a sense of humour! I bought my Hyundai at the Southend branch in October 2021 and it went back for it's MOT and partial service this year. The whole process was stress free and they even email you a copy of the inspection report and text you while it is underway. They then call you to discuss any work required. I'm very happy with the service and can highly recommend this branch. In the past I have used the Basildon branch and they do not seem as organised or as friendly as the Southend team! Thank you.
My passenger seat belt stalk became faulty under warranty. A new replacement was ordered & was advised that it would be fitted in August. I had a call some days later to book it in during my holiday in September. I said I was told August so he said he would speak to the service manager & call me back. Having received no call back, I phoned after a fortnight & was advised that the Hyundai warranty fitter was now retiring & I would now have to take my car to Chelmsford or Basildon to get it repaired as your company was soon to no longer be a Hyundai garage. Personally I would do the repair myself if I had the part, but I'm not entirely convinced that the right part has been diagnosed, & my warranty runs out in a few months. Not over impressed
No problems at all. The car was serviced efficiently, and promptly, and I had a comfortable place to wait while this was going on. What more could I ask for?
Exceptional service. Can't fault any staff or process. Even had it washed. We will be getting our next motorbility car from Hyundai, MG Exclusive HS. Well done team.
