Nice bar/restaurant upstairs with reasonably priced food and attentive service. Definitely a bit of place to be seen though. If you want a relaxed quiet meal perhaps not the place. Views over Southampton water are of good elevation but sadly look onto multi storey car park. Outside area will be very good for drinks in the summer.

Had a very nice stay here. There was a great view of the harbour from our room. The decor is really modern and nice. The food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Many areas to relax and unwind, including a spa and gym. The staff were nice, although they forget a few things, like to bring ketchup when they said they were going to, collect food trays when they said they would and we failed to get any service in the breakfast area without needing to approach staff and ask to be served. But they are a new hotel so maybe they will iron this out soon. Staff were very polite and apologetic as well

Amazing hotel - highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is great and the view from the restaurant and function rooms (with balconies) are lovely, especially in a sunny day! Rooms are modern and clean, beds are huge and comfortable, and the complimentary gin and sherry in the rooms was a very nice touch.

This Hotel is brand new, and is very very clean and comfortable. It was quiet in January, but this meant that the staff were very on top. The staff were also all very friendly and polite, as well as helpful with our baby. Still a few signs that things aren't well established (restaurant staff didn't know if they had a baby changing room....they did have one etc). If they can keep the hotel feeling this nice/modern/clean they are surely onto a winner!

Stayed for one snowy night and I believe it is hard to find a place in the area to top the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa for class or location. All aspects of the hotel are impressive, from the entrance and lobby to the top floor bar and restaurant. It’s great rooms size, that overlook with breathtaking views of the marina, with large comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with bath and separate shower and a priceless service all around making this venue truly special to all of those who have had the pleasure to stay or to visit the place. Thank you all for looking after us with so much genuine care.
