Probably the worst customer service experience I've had. The guy who assisted me with part numbers was awesome, but all downhill after that. I asked to order something and said I had questions about how their delivery works, he transferred me to that department. The ladies at this department were HORRIBLE to say the least. I spoke to 2 different ladies , both of whom were equally as rude , unhelpful and belligerent. The rudeness was one thing, but they were so unhelpful it blew my mind. I'm a commercial customer who has spent hundreds of thousands on commercial equipment from BUNN. I will definitely re think where I acquire my equipment from in the future as this was such a horrible experience. The rudeness was absolutely uncalled for.
After five years, we lost the water distributor on our Bunn coffee maker. It must’ve come loose, fallen off and gone out with the grounds : I called Bunn to order a new one and they promptly replaced it At no cost! It did take a week to get here, but I cannot complain. The CSR was pleasant and the PROCESS painless. Thank you Bunn!
Have used their products for more than 30 years, my first unit came out of the U.S.A. This product l used for more than 15 years and sadly l had to put it to rest.... The last 10 years l have replaced my in home unit approximately every 3 years. The seals on the side that has the on off switch goes and leaks water every where. Recently after a discussion with the representative at Bunn, basically told me tuff too bad, its out of warranty. We stand behind it as long as it is still in the 3 year warranty time. Was inquiring if they knew the machines had this problem. Customer Service was not pleasant, offered no solution because warranty had expired. I myself would try to keep such a devoted customer of Bunn products. She left a very bad taste in my mouth, basically they know of the problem, too bad, so sad, buy another one. I am truly saddened by this entire experience.
I have had home models of Bunn machines for 30+ years. I won't use any other home machine. At one time you could only buy them in the U.S. unless you were in the business my husband wasand finally they started selling them in Canada. I use to tell anyone that was looking at a coffee maker in the U.S. to invest in a Bunn. About 20+ years ago I was at a food show and was telling one of the Bunn Reps how I would tell Canadians to try and buy a Bunn as Tim Hortons coffee didn't taste as good out of any other machine as other machines flash heat. Within a year Tim Hortons were selling them. They are worth every penny. Guarantee is great as well, they stand behind their product. We even have one in the office.
Have had to deal with repairs for their brewer. When they do show up to repair it, it's months later. I'm still waiting for them to come and repair from last month.
Company insists on using flat head machine screws. Absolutely terrible to work on god forbid you need to put a screw on a component on the inside of the machine. Tech support closes at 2pm Pacific due to Eastern bias.
Ordered on coffeemaker on a Monday morning and was told it would ship within 2 days. Three days later was told it would ship the following week. No thanks
Not the same Bunn as in the past, service is atrocious now and the last 5 times I have ordered parts they have been wrong. Last time it took 30 minutes from tech to parts and they still got it wrong
Most Disrespectful Receiver I’ve ever Met. Avoid Spoiling your Day by going there.
Love my bunn coffee maker....I just recently moved and the help broke my pot
