We had a, wonderful week here!! Yes, the caravan was a bit tired, but we knew what to expect as we were taking our dog, so we knew it would be an older caravan, but, it was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The park had a good clubhouse, and bar, and though the entertainments, team was small, they did a great job!! The little shop was well stocked with essentials, and the grounds were really clean, neat and tidy. And, the staff were lovely!! All very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!
Brilliant mobile home H2 clean, and everything you needed. Downside Ottoman bed was very clunky and mattress bit soft for us, but most nights slept well. Fantastic location to walk from the site to Berry Head and Brixham. Reception was a very jolly welcome, shop man, not so. Wasn't bothered that milk was dripping, hey ho, just didn't go back and went to another shop! Entertainment and bar friendly and enjoyable. Paid for passes, which were not checked, and still wonder why needed when we are going to spend money anyway. Would recommend. Thank you
Whilst we had a lovely time, the accommodation let this place down.nWe wasn’t expecting much, but we got a shock when arriving. The van was damp seating area and carpets were wet and very grubby! We found crisps and tomatoes around, the floor areas also had loads of grit and when my husband got a wet wipe and wiped the floor it came up black, so cleaning must have been quick. The bedding has seen better days, as has the van itself! The floor felt like it was corroding in places and may eventually go through. Windows broken and letting in drafts. To charge some of the prices they do, I really think they should upgrade the older worn and damp vans. We all came away with a chesty cough from the dampness.nThat said, the entertainment was great and our kids had a great time. Craig was spot on and a great asset to your park. The overall complex was clean and tidy and great location for various places.
Loved this little place, not too busy. Booked to go swimming but was left disappointed, Pool was dirty and freezing cold. It's a long jaunt to get to it with no view to recompense. Staff and Entertainment Team put in a lot of effort. Enjoyable stay overall.
Our Platinum two bed caravan was one of the best we have stayed in over the many years of travelling from Kent to Devon and Cornwall.nnThe location for visiting popular South Devon attractions is good.nnWe didn't make use of the entertainment or other park facilities apart from the takeaway and shop which were ok.
