In most cases I would not even waste my already wasted time and money to write a review but, I feel so strongly about what I have to say it has taken me almost a year to calm down. This is one of the most disgusting places I have ever been unfortunate enough to stay at for even the one night I stayed there. I booked an apartment here for a period of two weeks. I stayed one night. I will not go into to detail because it would take a month to write out all the issue I had with the reception, state of the property, condition of the apartment, cleaning staff that do not exist, and so on. It was just a disgustingly filthy place. The apartment block don't even consider booking it. It resembles, to which I have actually seen, a Russian Prison Block. Certainly nothing like the Photos that have been photo-shopped in the adds. The apartment could only be described as filthy, dated, with furniture from the fifties that had long since seen its day. Window panes were broken, all of the door locks were broken one of which just did not lock which was on the Balcony Door. The Bathroom was disgusting with an odour of stale urine. The shower compartment well, good luck if you are over 15 stone because you would not be able to turn around in it. It had obviously not been cleaned as there were traces of pubic hair around the drain hole. Should I go on? No I have wasted enough of my precious time on this and waste money too. As I had to re-book a hotel. On complaint to the front desk I was informed that I would have to deal with the head office. When I requested a change to a caravan on site I was also informed nothing was available and also would have to deal with head office. In fact the one young lady at the reception desk did say that she was sorry about the condition of the apartment and it was common to put first time clients into these poor quality apartments. It was head office booking that did this on a regular basis knowingly that the accommodation was disgusting. The young lady did mention it was not within her authority to make changes or offer refunds to clients. She said it was just a job and she did not want to lose it. I called head office on my cell phone as I was not allowed to use reception phone. Usual story now, no-one is available to take your call please stay on the line or leave your name and number and we will get right back to you...No,No,NO!!!!!! On hold for 45 minutes then line went dead.. repeated call times three with same results....Left message times two no-one ever did call me back. Conclusion, I paid $1500 to stay in a filthy disgusting rat hole and never got a penny back...Don't waste your time, your money and don't embarrass you family by booking this for your vacation. Anyone wishing to challenge this comment please feel free to contact me especially if you are part of the organization that stole my money.

Park is on a very hilly site - drops approx 80 feet from reception to the lower caravans. Parking spaces are very narrow and not long enough to safely park a family saloon car. Some vans have their own parking beside the van but lots do not. Caravan was very clean as was the site, lighting along some of the paths could be improved so take a small torch with you if returning to van after dark. May go again but would book a van with its own parking so we could drive up to reception and the entertainment without worrying about parking when going back to caravan.

Too few changing rooms in the pool, sessions not well organised with everyone leaving with few changing facilities at same time as new set of people coming in. Can't park by your caravan in many cases. Need to pave those areas! Staff very friendly though.

Stayed for weekend break and had a great time. Pool was warm. Entertainment was fun and lively.

Lovely place. helpful accommodating staff. Nice and clean. Loads for families to do. 😊
