Over the last two years I’ve dealt with Sonority with outstanding results to my system. When you think you’ve got the system sounding at its best they proved me wrong. They approach things from a musical point of view, and it helps that they are complete music nuts. I live the best part of 200 miles from them, but that didn’t stop them travelling to install stuff…and they were prepared to let my ears judge at my leisure.
We had agreed on the sale of an ex demo product from them for a price I was happy to pay and was told to contact them at a certain date when it becomes available. I contacted them on that date and was then told that I would have to pay an extra £340. Their reason was due to the product in question having also increased their new stock prices. When you agree on a price and I had that confirmed by the email from them you do not then go and try to increase that price. I was told by them when I questioned the price increase that they have other customers interested in buying so It then became clear to me that they had been offered more money by another customer. Not the way to run a business and I will not be visiting in the future even though I am local to their shop.
