First class service from Stephen the Manager and his team at the Merry Hill centre. Stephen showed considerable expertise in the way he tried to sort out the problem with my iPhone and went to significant lengths to resolve the problem in a very courteous and friendly manner. I can't praise the response I got enough compared with many of my experiences of product technical problems these days. A real "go to" company if you want more than just to be sold a box !

This was my second visit to the store at Merry Hill. I cannot recommend highly enough the services of the staff - in particular Sarah who served me on both occasions. She is knowledgeable, fast working, intuitive, calm and most certainly NOT patronising which has been my previous experience of staff in other such stores. I am a lady of certain years who needs lots of explanation and patience - Sarah's attitude is exemplary. Over the period of some hours, she gave me her full attention whilst still able to welcome new customers into the store, assess their needs and deal with them as well - yet I was never left to feel unattended. Nobody came into the store without being 'served' immediately. On my first visit, I needed assistance with correcting lots of issues on the laptop, This time, I was purchasing a new laptop and phone and Sarah's customer skills were the same for both - excellent! Thank you Sarah - Rob and I are recommending you on to our friends. Well done! Gail Fulton

The Chairman of my company had an issue with setting up his new iPhone to our company server and email account. Sent him here after EE couldn't help. His feedback 'absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful'. Highly recommended.
