Helen was great and helped me and my husband with a fault in our camera. We had visited the store before and we wasn't impressed with the service from other staff there. But this was the first time we spoke to Helen and she was great and dealt with our issue efficiently and was a pleasure to speak to.

I have been waiting for a camera shop to open in merry hill I am looking for a full frame DSLR so I went into shop today with my wife while I was browsing she stood by the door with our shopping a customer was being shown a lens by a member of staff he got out a camera to put the telephoto lens on and put the lens that was on the camera next to my wife after he had fitted the telephoto lens to the camera he turned round and looked at my wife and said I better move this before it's stolen to which my wife took offence. I don't think the member of staff should have said what he said he could have just picked up the lens and moved it without the comment. I have shopped at Jessops for a long time and I found this quite upsettting
