Disgusting customer service from manager Wayne. My mother who doesn’t know much about cars took her car to have a headlight bulb replaced last week, she was instructed to leave her vehicle and the bulb would be replaced by the time she collected it. I noticed this week the bulb was still out, so she took it back today. Only to be asked by Wayne ‘well didn’t you check it yourself?’ What kind of response is that?! She has paid for a service £22 for a bulb change is ridiculous by way! and is then told it’s her responsibility to check they have done their job correctly?! As someone who works in the motor trade I am appalled at the way she has been treated and made to feel as though she is in the wrong when clearly the FITTERS don’t have clue what they are doing. When they finally had a look at it it turned out the connectors hadn’t been reconnected. This is a simple job that couldn’t even be completed correctly. Avoid at all costs I dread to think what else they get wrong when they can’t even change a bulb correctly.

Had car stereo  fitted by Shaun, great service, took around an hour and really pleased with the finish of the stereo, the wiring wasn't great to the aerial so he also fixed this for us.  Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.  Great value for money.

Air filter part not in stock. Halfords's Supplier then sent wrong part apparently - Annoying - my V5 document was viewed by Halfords staff before placing order, but filter that arrived was for a petrol engine, not my diesel. Will be 3 visits and store cannot give any reassurance they will get the right part this time as they re-order it again. Should have just ordered it on ebay for cheaper price and saved on my fuel costs , not to mention time wasted. Perhaps Halfords would be better sticking to selling Car air fresheners and cosmetic goodies - they don't seem to able to deliver on basic maintenance parts.

Purchased 2 car seats and parking can be busy most times. I had a pram and all staff were so helpful and carried them to the car for me. Credit to your company thank you.

Bought this to fit my Carrera Crossfuse bought from Halfords. Got it home and it didn't fit. Returned to store for refund and was told there were parts missing. They checked their display and it turns out the fitting kit which should have come with the rack had become detached and was on the shelf below where the rack had been on display. They then refunded my money. The service was polite but I got the feeling I was immediately under suspicion of some sort of deceit. Seems to be the general attitude with most retailers these days, so not particular to Halfords. It isn't clear which of their pannier racks will fit which bikes, there doesn't seem to be any info on this even though Halfords supplied my bike. Moral of the story is check what you're buying before you do, in case its incomplete/incorrect.

Served by Dan today. He is very courteous and willing to help. Showed me to the Autoglym snow foam gum, what was in the box and how to use. I was so impressed I purchased the item.

Visited the store  today and was met by Luke. I told him I was looking to buy a new bike for my son. He dropped what he was doing and gave me a good 20 minutes of his time explaining everything we needed to know and answering all question. Really nice guy and a credit to your company. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of sidelights for my car and paid for a fitting. Once I collected the items I had to wait for about 20 minutes for a fitter be available which i thought was a reasonable amount of time. The fitter was friendly and once he had fitted the two light bulbs made sure I tested the lights to check that they working - which they were of course! I have used the fitting service for a brake light at another Halfords branch and the service was also very good.

Excellent service and very professional. Headlight bulbs and wipers fitted in no time at all by friendly and knowledgeable member of staff, I would definitely recommend them .

I was served in the motor spares dept. by Charlie and Dan both of whom were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
