Service Above and Beyond Expectations.  I was On a late train to weston find hydraulic brake has failed.  Ian kindly agreed to stay late to see if he could fix it.  When i eventually arrived 30 minutes after closing time he diagnosed and fixed the brake for me taking an hour out of his evening.  This is and was exceptional customer service.

Very great service from Ian today! Had a loss of braking fluid in in the back wheels, with all the braking discs and pads covered in the stuff. Went to Halfords first and was told I'd have to wait until Wednesday and it would take "all day". I couldn't manage that so I decided to go to Somerset Bike Centre, spoke to Ian for a while and discussed the problem, and how it can be fixed and then gave a price, £30(Even cheaper than Halfords by £15). I needed to be out of Weston by 3, and he went "Not an issue I'll give you a call when it's done" Wandered around Weston for an hour and half and got the call at 1:15 saying it's all done ("All day job Halfords said). He even shut an hour and fifteen minutes later for me.
