I came into this shop in order to purchase a spare innertube for my bike as I had suffered a slow puncture. The gentleman whom served me was knowledgeable but not very friendly. I was already deep into my cycle and he had the audacity to say its an awful day for a cycle and it wont get better, I left with this bad omen on my head but luckily he was proven wrong. Everyone else whom I encountered in Wells were real nice

Went in for a Ford Focus bulb which was found very quickly. The young assistant then offered to put the bulb in for me. This requires a screwdriver and the knowledge how to remove the headlight pod. The young man did the job like a pro in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed, great service, well done. The two young me on the counter yesterday are to be congratulated. Andrew from Canada 🇨🇦

Recently needed help changing a headlight bulb in my car. The weather was horrible, so my car was wet and muddy. However, Jess changed the bulb, got filthy in the process, but was efficient and professional throughout. Thanks Jess!!
