VERY SLOW! If you need your bike back quick take it else where. These guys are good and they know what they are doing when it comes to bikes. However, in all the years I have taken my bike there for repairs they have never actually met a deadline which really lets the service down. I have come to realise that if they tell you a repair or replacement will be done by a certain date you can generally add as much as 2 weeks to that. They are far too laid back. I end up calling the shop every few days wondering where my bike is and they always have an excuse (usually waiting for delivery.) They often say “I should have it done tomorrow” but what they really mean is tomorrow 10 days from now. I don’t mind waiting but you should really be more realistic when quoting timeframes. It’s lucky I live locally, had I traveled to pick up my bike I would not have been a happy customer. They don’t even bother to contact you and apologise for delays, you have to constantly chase them. Up your game lads, you can do better than this! No doubt I will continue to use their service for years to come, but only out of convenience as it’s just down the road.

Amazing place to visit if you just need to pop in or are looking for a full bike service. This small on the outside big on the inside shop has almost everything you could need in a bike shop, offering stock for road and off-road riders. If you have any questions just ask as the staff are more then welcome to answer your queries or help you find what you are looking for.

I wanted some toe clips and they tried to sell me a shoe and pedal system telling me that old fashioned toe clips weren't available anymore. Surprised it has lasted this long.

Great shop and very helpful staff with a wealth of knowledfe who are are quality riders themselves, yea prices are slightly higher but all independents are compared to online. Won't use anywhere else!

Very knowledgeable mechanic and very helpful. Had a couple very good deals on clothing in the sales. Vastly better than Halfords for knowledge and expertise (particularly high end bikes).
