Before ordering from the company, I read from some reviews that the parts that some customers had received had not been genuine / original parts. But since the company advertised that they sell only genuine parts, I decided to trust them. The Apple parts I got were not made by Apple, the quality was not the same and the items were lacking the safety / other markings that electric products should have. The customer support was also bad. I requested tracking code twice - I was promised one the both times - but no one sent it to me.
Do not use this company - buy elsewhere. Sent me the wrong charger and agreed to send a replacement, but never did. Have subsequently stopped replying to messages. Don't waste your time or money
Excellent customer service with a great understanding and knowledge of the products they sell. I wish more companies were like this a pleasure to do business with. thank you
Brought a screen from this company it arived the next day but was broken in transit phonesd them up and sent pics the next day a replacement arived no quibble would really recomend. Dont let a few peoples reviews put you off pay with paypal then you have no worries. will 100% use again if i need parts thanks guys
I needed to return an adapter to Softhands Solutions for a refund. This issue was conducted quickly and smoothly.
Bought a Dell compatible laptop battery, within 5 x months it started to lose performance and now the laptop says the battery is unhealthy. Tried to contact these guys several times to request a replacement, with no reply and no effort to resolve the issue. I took a risk using them and now regret it. Will be purchasing a battery from another supplier I have used with confidence. Do NOT use this company. The fact they can't respond my emails says enough RESOLVED - They got in touch and sent new battery which works fine. Would use again in light of this
This company is fake and is a Scam, ordered a Fujitsu Laptop Charger and it never arrived, was not dispatched and their support did not respond. The website is not fully functional and all the photos and "positive reviews" are fake, luckily managed to get a refund from them through PayPal as they immediately gave me a refund and never sent any apologies after I detailed my experience and marked them as a Scam. Edit: Company has / had left a comment on this review asking for the order number but left no contact details, I attempted to call and email them but just like when I tried contacting them about my order before asking for a refund, they have not responded.
I purchased a Genuine Lenovo Keyboard X260, pictures on the website clearly show a back lit keyboard, when it arrived it was a standard keyboard, told to return at my own cost. Having contacted them via their chat portal, the support was pretty poor, and i was advised it's a picture error. I wished I had taken notice of the reviews prior to ordering and avoided this company. I will return the keyboard and no doubt will have to go through PayPal to receive a refund.
I ordered a laptop replacement screen this week. It arrived in 2 days as promised. Excellent service. Many thanks, guys! Will certainly use this company again.
Absolute shambles of a company! Have called day in day out to get hold of my laptop screen that I ordered. The person I believe to be the owner doesn't even know what's going on. Says he will call/text back with an update bit doesn't. Still waiting for the laptop screen. And blames everything on the delivery companies when online the order status states 'processing'. If you have failed then let the customer know. DON'T LIE!! FRUSTRATED ISN'T THE RIGHT WORD. I NEED A RESOLUTION IMMIDIATELY. Stay away from this company.
