Ordered a laptop screen 5 days ago, have received an update regarding delivery and when I try to go onto their website it says Internal server error. Poor for a company working in the IT industry. Can't even speak to them on the phone as it doesn't ring through!

Worst place in Walsall to get your phone fixed. Unexperienced, unprofessional, total waste of time. Save yourself from these uneducated fools.

Ordered a replacement screen online for my HP Stream laptop. 
10 mins after ordering, received an email confirming order & processing. 
30 mins later, order dispatched.
Today, it arrived and 30 mins later, all replaced and working. 
Makes a nice change to deal with such an efficient company.
