Would not let me reserve item told me to send my father up with the item number and they would help him on arrival to find the product I was after. On arrival he presented the item number as requested to same person I spoke to on the phone and he was simply pointed to the isle the toy was in. After looking for 20 minutes through the rows of toys hanging, no luck. Went to another member of staff who checked the boxes above and found the item. When paying he told the original cashier that the product wasn't on display as first stated and the guy just shrugged. That's not good customer service at all.

Nice shop, helpful staff, ample parking and easy access from m6 Jun 10. Great service and we will buy all our game stuff from there from now on. Would recommend

This is the go to place for toys. Fair prices and a great selection. Loads better than Rip off R US. Parking is tight when christmas is near but bar that its great.
