Been this morning for photos for foreign passport, different dimensions, needed digital version for uploading on application form as well. Ellis was in charge. Was completely prepared after my initial phonecall enquiry, so he knew exactly what was required by the time I arrived. From having photos taken, digital version saved onto my USB stick and email sent and paper version printed.....all done within 30 mins so free parking from Tesco. Super efficient and friendly! I was impressed!   

Have to admit I was concerned reading the 2 poor reviews here, but needs must. A shame Ellis is not a permanent member of staff, but Max Spielman, hold onto this young man, he was great!

Not very reliable. Checked opening times and arrived at 9.15 to find they were not open. 9.40 and still not open. Don't say you open at 9 if you don't

Ridiculous.  One member of staff. Waited nearly 40 minutes to collect some pre ordered  prints. 
Surely one member of staff does not fit in with health and safety lone worker.  Customers were getting frustrated.  Will not be coming back. Still can't believe how long I waited . It was late afternoon so can't even say other staff were on lunch break.

I've been to this place three times and the first two were amazing. I needed very specific photographs to be taken and Aslan, the man working there, couldn't have done enough for me or been more helpful. He was very busy on both occasions but was able to make each customer feel like they had his undivided attention. I was so impressed that I said I would come back for absolutely anything I could get there instead of somewhere closer to home, about 20-30 minutes away. I went back a couple of weeks after the second visit and was really disappointed. The woman working there didn't even look up when I walked in and even though it was empty, I had to wait a couple of minutes to get her attention. I asked where Aslan was and she said, "He doesn't work here anymore, I'm just filling in." I explained to her that I needed a couple of specific photographs for a job and she couldn't have been less helpful, telling me that she knew how to do it and I couldn't have the photographs in the specific way that I needed. She told me that she could do them but only the way she wanted to so I left very annoyed. I'd have gone back there for anything and recommended it to my friends and family but to be honest, I'd be recommending Aslan and not the shop. I don't know what happened and why he's not there anymore but Max Spielmann have made a mistake by letting him go. It would have been five stars if I didn't go a third time.
