Went in yesterday to print off family photos, staff member Lou was very helpful helping with the machine,she went above and beyond and I'd like to say she is an asset to the company and this kind of customer service should be rewarded by the company. Best wishes to her hand of time

Very unfriendly service.    They don't have patience, the fat ladies to take a photo of his passport. The lady who took the photo was very frank and unfriendly

Very unfriendly service! Took my 5yr old son in to take his passport picture. The lady who took the picture was very blunt and unfriendly. She didn't say a word to my son to make him feel comfortable or tell him how to position himself, she just took one picture of him slouching and showed us! Due to her attitude I didn't even want to ask her to retake but I wasn't happy with it so had to. It was myself that repositioned my son to look a bit better while she waited impatiently! Very disappointed in the service here. The other lady who took the payment was very nice but unfortunately I wouldn't rush back here or recommend the place due to that experience.

Gemma at the Walsall branch was very helpful, kind, and compassionate and a good asset to the shop.

Customer service not the best ,  was left to order my prints myself even though I wasn’t sure what to do. Asked for help and was told they were busy in the middle of an order even though there was no one in the shop. The other lady was in the back and no one willing to help. Got my order wrong too .

Amazing staff, helped me get my boarding pass and showed me great kindness and service.

This place is amazing as it's on my doorstep. The prices are affordable for passport size photos, and it was quick and simple, and plus, the staff were very helpful and it didn't take long for my passport to be ready after it was sent off

Brilliant customer service by all the staff. I took some visa photos in a booth by the same company at a different location. Those photos were substandard & would fail my visa application. The ladies in the shop went over & beyond to get a refund & retook my photos within the same purchase. Happy days

Rude .arrogant ,rubbish customer service not just with me but with other people that entered the store …shame If you are racist and not willing to help your customers just change your job
