The helpfulness and service is excellent, not to mention the price, which is also first class. I found them via Which and I really could not recommend them highly enough. Provided they continue to offer good prices and top quality goods, I would not hesitate to use them again. My new freezer, a Samsung, is so much better than my old one, I am thrilled with it, it was a Which Best Buy and I can understand why. I usually purchase big ticket items like this from John Lewis, but I think the service here is just as good and in this case, much better value.

Very good service from start to finish. Great price. Product delivered within 48 hours at the time they said they would arrive - delivery guys (Rafiq and Jake) were prompt, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Issues with delivery of 2 items as they only delivered one and then re-delivered 5 days later but then brought the wrong item. Third attempt at delivery was 3 days later and was correct at last. Delivery guys on the last delivery were excellent. It wouldn't have been such a problem for me and I wouldn't have marked them so low had they made an attempt after the first and second delivery error to offer to deliver the next day but each time I had to wait another 3 or 5 days before they would deliver again. Not good customer service in my opinion. To be truthful I have regretted buying from them because if their customer service is so bad when buying I can't imagine what it would be like if something went wrong with the item.

So impressed with this company’s customer service- from the phone call the day before delivery to check that the delivery slot suited me to the care and diligence of the delivery men who took time when wheeling my fridge freezer in so as not to damage the lamp shades and door ways, unpacked the item, took the first electric shock and checked the item thoroughly. They also gave advice about the item, informing me not to switch it on for 8 hours and to get a door stopper to stop the kitchen door damaging the side of the fridge. I would recommend and would definitely be looking to their company for future purchases. Each and every person I have dealt with has been a credit to the company. Thank you!

Appliance Electronics is a great business! They have an excellent selection of products at great prices. Their staff were really helpful on the phone, and the delivery team (David & Rafiq) communicated effectively, were real ambassadors for their company, friendly and did a great job. Well done; we’ll certainly use Appliance Electronics again.
