From the purchase to the installation absolutely no issues! Price of machine was competitive and they removed the old one for buttons! Delivery driver called before arrival and was superb. 100% would use again and recommend! Many thanks guys
Went on Bank holiday Monday. Called before I went and the staff answered the phone every time. They were very friendly and welcoming over the phone. After the 2.5 hour drive to the store, they helped me immediately and help me chose my first RC cars for me and my son. The staff member answered every question I had and showed me videos and talked me through various options. He was very knowledgeable. I 1000% recommend everyone going there for any RC car need!!! Thank you so much guys!!!! Also I called and told them that one of my cars came with the wrong size battery. It came with a 800 mah and it was supposed to be a 1000mah. They didn’t hesitate to sort out the correct battery via their supplier. I just gave provided proof of purchase for supplier and pictures and it was sorted within 3 days via DPD delivery.
This company is amazing! I’ve ordered a couple of RC cars and also extra parts for the cars my son is obsessed with Rc cars! If an issue arises they are always very happy to help!nMy son has adhd/asd and really struggles to wait for deliveries and things to be fixed so the fact that this company help with any issues super quick is fantastic!nWith friendly staff and quick responses I would highly recommend this company
Always have a great laugh with the lads the go above and beyond to give advice on products if the stock isn't available in stock its not a problem to get ordered in also giving approximate time on delivery recommend this store nndo listen to me when I having a bad day & I always come out with a also have a brilliant range of stock happy to help keep up the good work lads
Awesome shop to go too plenty of opportunities to spend more money lol.nnSaw a guy on TikTok promoting this place and thought I would go give it a ago and glad I did, had all the items in stock same day was very friendly and helpful I would of loved to stay and chat but had work to get to sadly.nnWill be visiting again with a bit more cash next time lol
