Got to love this place. Ive had so many games from this place. Plus the consoles ive bought have always been good quality. Would recommend this place for all gamers and tech geeks

Bought a PS4 which was in terrible condition despite being described as "pristine". Returned to get a refund the next day which they refused and said they would be happy to change out the wires. Controllers had no material over the thumb-sticks and multiple buttons didn't work but this still fell under their "pristine" banner.

Will be making the conscious effort to never use them again and slate them to anyone who plans on going.

Love this store, awesome items to be found at good prices, the only negative thing I can say as is the same with all cex stores is that the speed of service is slightly slow

Great sized shop and friendly staff. Only problem is that the queues often get huge BUT they seem to serve people very quickly so dont be put off
